Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.
- American Print Consultants, LLC collects information from you when you register with our site, fill out a form or place an order. This information may include email address, physical address, name and phone number.
- We will collect and use of this personal information solely to complete transactions, make improvements to our site, send periodic emails and offer a personalized customer experience. To opt out of this, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via a link at the bottom the emails.

We may also use your information to protect our rights and to dispute any chargebacks that may occur.
- All transactions processed on this site are handled via a secure connection to Authorize.net who is our trusted payment gateway provider. This payment provider is the only party who receives your billing information and at no point is this information ever provided to our suppliers or any other outside party. All transaction information is handled following current regulations and PCI compliance standards.
- We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Currently our web store supports shipping to just within the United States. If you are a buyer from outside these areas please email [email protected] and we will discuss how we can accommodate you needs.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We ship by UPS and offer Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day and Next-Day Air service.
Unless otherwise stated, products ordered before 3pm EST, Mon-Fri will ship out that same day. Occasionally a product may be marked as "Drop ships from Manufacturer" and in these cases may require one full business day to process before it will be ready for shipping In these cases you can estimate the delivery time by adding one business day to the shipping time. It is the customer's responsibility to check packages for shipping damage. If there is visible damage to a package, refuse delivery and call us immediately at (818)-927-2465 or email [email protected]
Returns and RMAs
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All items purchased through APC are considered either a stock or non-stock item. Items can be either shipped from our inventory within APC or directly shipped from the manufacturer's facility. (Considered a drop ship direct order).
Stock orders:
All parts, inks and consumables that are stock items within APC and shipped from our warehouse can be returned within (30) business days from invoice date. Item(s) to be returned to APC at the customers expense (except in cases where APC has shipped you the wrong part) and are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Direct Ship Orders:
All parts, inks and consumables that are not in stock at APC and are to be shipped directly to your facility from the manufacturer's warehouse can be returned within (30) business days from invoice date. Item(s) to be returned to the MANUFACTURER at the customers expense (except in cases where APC has shipped you the wrong part) and are subject to:
- Inspection upon receipt
- Inspected item has been reviewed and considered acceptable and re-sellable by the manufacturer - (* See below *)
- Any restock fee's imposed by the corresponding manufacturer. (Up to 25%)
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the accepted item. Refund will be given in the same way it was received Check, PayPal, Debit or Credit Card.
Repair parts are intended for installation by factory trained and authorized technicians. We assume no liability for equipment damage or lost revenue due to improper installations. Please view the "Terms & Conditions" below for full details.
