We specialize in servicing and supporting Mimaki, Mutoh, and Roland printers in the northeast, midwest, and mid-atlantic regions. Additionally, we offer sublimation consulting services and have expertise in RIP and color management for large-format printing.

Role Description

This is a full-time field service technician role at American Print Consultants, LLC. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing large-format solvent or sublimation printers at customer locations. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting printer issues, conducting repairs and maintenance, and providing training and support to customers. This is a hybrid role, based in Chambersburg, PA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairing and troubleshooting large-format solvent or sublimation printers

• Knowledge of Mimaki, Mutoh, Epson, and Vanguard printer models

• Understanding of RIP and color management for large-format printing

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team

• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites

• Degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus
