THE APC STORY
American Print Consultants was born out of the recession of 2010, a time when an increasing number of graphics producers were choosing to keep older equipment running rather than replacing with new. APC Founder, Rob Almstrom identified a unique opportunity to service the customers that many of the "big-box" equipment suppliers had turned their backs on, building a loyal following of repair clients in the process.
By 2015 the number of repair and consulting clients was increasing rapidly, so Rob enlisted help from long-time technician friends Brian Hendricks and Dave Mee. Shortly after, the new new team-of-three began reselling equipment for a number of manufacturers. To keep up Rob's original "Service-First" approach to these sales, the three reached out to their network, adding technicians to provide a superior quality of install and after-sales service.
A relative few years on and APC is proud to boast one of the largest team of support technicians of any graphics equipment reseller. Knowing that quantity is no match for quality, we honestly believe our team to be made up of the best in the industry. Meet our exceptional team below.
